My products are packed very carefully, so they are protected against damage during transport. I use recycled materials and as little plastic as possible. I pack smaller formats in stiffened envelopes, and larger ones in cardboard tubes. I pay attention to aesthetic packaging that makes unpacking enjoyable. I include a free postcard and sticker with each order.
Information about delivery time is provided each time a product is ordered. For orders within Poland it is usually 3 to 5 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the country destination, but usually takes about two weeks.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To return, please write to jkontakt@jeleniara.com. The returned goods should be packed in such a way that minimize the risk of damage during transport. The refund for the order will be sent to the account number from which the order was paid within 7 business days from the physical receipt of the returned goods by the seller.
